Rose Parade Tour - Terms & Conditions A deposit of $100.00 per person must be received within 7 days of confirmation. Air ticketing is offered on United Air Lines only and all airfare must be prepaid at time of booking to guarantee air rate. Final payment is due Oct 31, 2008. Cancellations received on or before September 30, 2008 will be charged a handling fee of $50.00 per person. Charges of $100.00 per person will apply on any cancellations received between October 1 and October 31, 2008. Charges of $150.00 per person will apply on any cancellations received between November 1 and November 15, 2008.Cancellations received on or after November 16, 2008 are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cartan Tours offers trip cancellation waiver for Land Only for $100.00/per person, which will ensure that should you cancel your trip prior to your departure date or interrupt your trip for a covered reason, you will receive a refund of moneys paid, excluding the cost of the waiver/insurance. This waiver covers cancellation due to illness or a death in your immediate family. This offering is under the management of Cartan Tours, Inc., 3033 Ogden Avenue, Lisle Illinois, 60532. Cartan Tours acts as agent for the passengers and therefore accepts no responsibility in whole or part for any delays to persons or property caused by any supplier of services. Cartan Tours reserves the right to substitute hotel or services with items of similar or equal quality. Cartan Tours also reserves the right to decline, accept or to retain any tour member should such person’s health, medical condition or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the welfare and enjoyment of other tour members. Cartan Tours cannot be held responsible for strikes, civil strife or acts of God. Your travel package does not include travel insurance, any items of a personal nature or any items not specially mentioned as included. Once your tour has commenced, Hotel Accommodations, tickets, sightseeing or other unused services are not refundable or exchangeable. Cancellations: once confirmed $300.00 Per Person, 90 -61 days prior to departure 50 % of tour cost, Within 60 days of departure, Non-Refundable, Plus any non refundable supplier fees. Also air fares, by the air line are subject to change, if not paid in advance.
